Terrorist Eric Rudolph pleads guilty to bombing two abortion clinics, a lesbian nightclub, and the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Park.
I don't hear outrage on the right about letting this scumbag live.
I don't see Ann Coulter saying we have to bomb fundie churches and convert fundie Xtians to secular humanism. I don't see Michelle Malkin urging that fundie Xtians be rounded up and put in detention camps. I don't see other conservative bloggers calling for Rudolph's blood, whether it's Powerline, Instapundit, or torture advocate Eugene Volokh.
I'm going to reluctantly agree with the U.S. Attorney's office that accepting Rudolph's plea in exchange for four life sentences without parole is a good idea. Just make sure they put him in the Florence, Colorado supermax prison along with the Unabomber, the first WTC bombers, and other convicted terrorists.
