Money good, rudeness bad.
Jun. 4th, 2008 08:15 pmWell, the check finally came for work I did three years ago on a case where a mostly-deaf man (who was barefoot) had his feet stomped on and was thrown to the ground by police for "resisting arrest". (He couldn't hear and was confused by multiple cops yelling at him from different directions.)
The wolves are away from the door for another month, at least.
Two incidences of rudeness today - one was on the train - some dumbass who was probably in town for the Rose Festival sat down on the step leading to the upper portion of the MAX train. Yep, right in the way of anyone who wanted to leave, including me.
Next, some people in the crowd in Pittsburgh for the Stanley Cup finals booed the Detroit player who won the Conn Smythe (MVP) award. That's Klassy with a K.
