I haven't posted in a while, so I thought I'd put one up at the end of my lunch break.

Amy and I have started to hack up our front yard for plants; we dug a trench on either side of the front steps for a couple of flower beds, as well as planting elsewhere in the front yard.

We saw the band Rollerball last night - they were an avant-garde band with a trumpet player, saxophonist, keyboard/accordion player, bassist, and drummer. Sometimes they sounded like free jazz, other times they drifted into klezmer and Mexican-sounding music. Very idiosyncratic, and very entertaining.
