varropdxGoing to Seattle for the Northwest Bankruptcy Institute this weekend - the House passed the bankruptcy legislation passed by the Senate in March.
It's certain that President Bush will sign it, and it will make it more difficult on debtors, but people will still be able to file for bankruptcy.
I'll have more information on it and the reaction to it later this weekend or on Monday.
