I'm mostly taking today off, even though I'm not getting paid for it. I saw one client today, who was here to verify and sign a bankruptcy petition. I'll file it Wednesday with another client's petition. (They're both paid up, too...wooo!)

I got a minor car accident case last week, as well as another bankruptcy client - hopefully there will be more coming from the legal referral service I signed up for.

The rain has started in Portland; it feels good for it to come, even though it wears on you come January or February.

I'm 6-3 in my fantasy football league, and am losing by 1 point in this week's game going into the Monday night game. Go Rich Gannon! Go Clinton Portis! Go Rich Gannon, but don't throw to Jerry Rice! (My opponent has Rice this week...)

I'm wondering if there was a correlation between the onset of the rain and your accident. Since you didn't discuss it right away, it probably was minor, but that's beside the point: Y'all be careful out there. I'm getting a sense of déjà vu; seems like it wasn't that long ago that Amy had been involved in something.

No...I didn't get into an accident. I signed up a client who was involved in an accident to handle her insurance claim/possible lawsuit.
