Amy and I had a good time at her union's Labor Day picnic yesterday....we leafletted for a ballot measure, met gubernatorial candidate Ted Kulongoski , stuffed our faces, and rode the rides at Oaks Park. (We waited a bit after eating before riding, though. :P
(Kulongoski was interested in me wearing my Blues shirt....turns out he grew up in St. Louis....)
This morning was not good, though. I'm on the first day of a cold, which means I'm lethargic and have a sore throat. I took off work today....should be better by tomorrow, though.
I signed up a new client Saturday, and have a message on my voice mail to meet with a guy I used to work with...turns out he might have gotten two more bankruptcy clients for me...woooo!

Sorry to hear you're feeling under the weather. This is one of the nicest parts of the year!
(By the way, you posted this entry twice)

I'm still kind of zoned, but managed to drag myself into work today. I'm going to avoid the more strenuous stuff today, though.
