varropdxThings seem to be going well at my practice; one of the other lawyers in my office signed me up for Pre-Paid Legal Services, and I've gotten three referrals this week. Hopefully, they will turn into clients; I sent out one packet and will research one potential client's case.
I'd rather be doing bankruptcies than the mishmash of other cases that might come in; I can learn a legal process thoroughly through repetition, and the clients are grateful for me helping get them out of serious financial messes.
Amy and I have been watching the PBS repeat of The Civil War this week; it's the first time she's seen it, and she's utterly shocked by the carnage depicted.
I'll be going with Brendan Sunday on a chartered train to Seattle to see the Seahawks-Vikings game...it should be fun...
