yeah fox got sent right where they belong...even the judge laughed...
PS: and the excuse that frivolous lawsuits are driving prices up is bogus too, but whatta great excuse, and the sad thing is people would believe it, rather than think fora a second, and be like, geez, maybe just maybe all those companies dont really care about us, and have been screwing us all along...
