Busy, busy day today. Clients came through with payments this past week, so I have some money, and plenty of places to mooch off of others' air conditioning - it hit 101 today

I attended a meeting of the Northwest Constitutional Rights Center this morning; we planned for the near and far future and I came out if it more energized than before.

We took Callie to the vet - the good thing is that the tapazole is helping with her thyroid; she's about 6 ounces heavier than a month ago. The bad thing....someone had to have their pet put down while we were there, and it was pretty obvious...:(

I made a Costco run in the afternoon and stocked up on frozen food and also got a pineapple, some 1.5 liter bottles of wine, plums, and my generic Celexa (which works better than the Lexapro did and is almost $50 cheaper a month).

The day ended with us going to the Hanna Bea's goodbye party in the late evening, and my playing Scrabulous way into the night....sorry, Amy, but my nocturnal instincts come out sometimes.

...in what happened today. It started with this post by a member of the Portland group I'm in, then we had to go to get Amy a pair of interview shoes; I picked up a pair of fake Tevas that were on sale at Fred Meyer, and got the incredibly annoying Kellie "Shoes" song in my head. (NO LINK - I do NOT want anyone to get the same earworm I did.)

Oh, and I found out my feet were two different sizes - my left foot is an 11D, while my right foot is a 12C.
