Mar. 10th, 2005 10:52 pmThe Senate approved the MBNA payback act, er, "Bankruptcy Reform Act". Good to see all those campaign contributions from the financial services industry are finally taking hold!
I filed one more Chapter 7 case today and filed a motion to convert a Chapter 13 case to a Chapter 7. I'm prepared for a very busy next seven or so months until the bill kicks in. (The House still has to approve it and the President sign it.)
In other news, I injured my elbow somehow - I think I may have slept on it, and it's swollen and hurts when I straighten my arm or rotate my wrist. I'm going to the acupuncturist tomorrow, as it hasn't improved in a few days.
