It's too late, and I'm too tired to post now, but I have to remind myself to post two political rants tomorrow, in honor of the 100th anniversary of the birth of George Orwell (Eric Blair)....

1.) SCOTUS netfilter ruling doubleplusungood.

2.) Affirmative action upheld - while point systems (like UMich's undergrad admissions scores) are discrimination, judging prospective students according to their individual situations is not, and an admissions committee should look at a student's file as a whole, and not use SAT/LSAT or other standardized tests as the primary basis of admission.

Dood, I did not know you had a livejournal. Of course, it's sort of like being an alcoholic or gay in a catholic family. It's not something you tell everyone about.
