Owwwwww.....

There's nothing like the satisfaction of giving a unit of blood.

There's also nothing like the feeling of the tech missing the vein in both arms - it feels like it should be incredibly painful, but isn't - it's a feeling of horrible unease.

I did get the free cookies and donuts, though, and did not feel like I was being lazy watching the football games today. I did get four loads of laundry done, too.

Steelers and Ravens in the AFC Championship...

...the teams' training staffs will be busy - the two previous games were some of the most brutal smashmouth football I've seen.

I'm definitely looking forward to this game. If the Steelers strangle the Ravens like they did the Chargers in the third quarter, they're on pace for another Super Bowl championship.

Too bad the Winter Hawks lost today when we went to see them after the Steelers game - at least they're better this year and took Everett into a shootout.
