Dear bad client:

Thank you for calling me a half-hour before I came in, saying that you "couldn't find my office", then saying when I called you 15 minutes after your appointment that you "found another attorney".

Thank you for eliminating from having to deal with a lying, rude client in the future. I did get some work done, though.
