(no subject)

Just irritated at what happened this weekend....the wind snapped a tree we planted this past fall in our front yard. There's still a couple of shoots underneath the break, but most of the branches and leaves were above it...

I'm slowly trying to settle a major case at work, in which the opposing counsel is trying to get blood from stones (my client and another defendant in the case). I think he knows it too; it'll be a choice between getting the money voluntarily or getting it through garnishments and executions....
